Hello world. How is everyone? I'm doing better even though the rain is ruining everything, ugh. It better not be raining tomorrow for the lacrosse game, unacceptable. So last night I officially started putting my book together, I decided it's going to be 13x11 hardcover with a single photo on the front - except I haven't made up my mind about which photo or a title. And then I condensed my fall sports into about 20 pages I believe but that means on some pages there are multiple smaller pictures but I tried to make them the not really good ones. I tried to put all the really good ones big. But I don't know, because they're small. But if I put one picture on every page that's A LOT of pages and that's boring as well. I don't know, but it's easier than I thought so I'm a little less stressed about it now. I really like their software because they give you layouts but then you can edit them any way you want if necessary, which is very nice. But if anyone has any title ideas? Hm? I can only think of cheesy ones, incredibly cheesy ones like "For the Love of the Game", "Get Your Head in the Game", "Passion", "Determination" - I basically have no idea. I keep thinking of song lyrics or movie quotes and I don't think that works very well. But I'm going to continue working and we'll see how it goes I guess. But I can also move the pages around in whatever order I want even after I put them together so if I decide to not organize it by season I can change that later. Because not many people answered my questions when I posed them but I talked to Dad and Kate about the organization of them and we all came to the conclusion that I could make the separate seasons work. So I'm trying that-kind of like we did for yearbook except not.

Moving on...These baseball and softball pictures are from not this past weekend but the weekend before. These are just my favorites I think. The softball ones were in the paper but as I said in my last post, they didn't have room for the baseball ones. But I guess I did pretty okay? I just didn't get very many pictures of the outfield. There's not really much action out there to be honest. And if there is, it's kind of boring. There were a few, literally a few, diving catches or stuff like that but I wasn't on the right shutter speed or focused there or there were other players in the way - there are lots of factors that need to be precisely right for it to work out. But hopefully I will get the chance to try again if it ever stops raining when they're supposed to have games, ugh. But I am going to go now, either work on my book a bit more or get some other stuff done so I can work on it later tonight. That's the other nice thing - I can actually do it on my computer and it's one of those things that I can do late and night because it's fun and it doesn't make me fall asleep, haha. It's very convenient. Okay, adios personas :)

I'm not good at that. lol. I'm kind of hoping you don't choose, "get your head in the game" because now I have that song stuck in my head. lol.

  2. I really like these ones! Although I can imagine how difficult it must be to get some good shots; baseball/softball can be pretty dull visually.

I am really trying to think of good titles for you that are not cheesy or cliche, but I think I will have to get back to you. Maybe quotes? Like literary quotes? I would be the one to say that lol. I will do some searching and get back to you :]
